Program Includes:

Individual supervision by staff.
Daily seminars on supervision of spiritual directors and related topics.
Practicum in individual supervision.
Practicum in group supervision.
Process of linking spiritual life and the transformation of social structures.
Room and board for two weeks.
Certificate of completion.

The program is designed for those who wish to improve the quality of their supervisory skills. Program content will focus on awareness of the nature of supervision, including theological, psychological and educational support strategies. Professional and psychological issues for supervisors will also be addressed.

The practicum includes both individual and group supervision daily. The participants will receive individual supervision by a staff person. Ample time has been set aside for personal reflection, reading, and writing. Daily group prayer is available on campus.

Mercy Center is nestled in the Burlingame hills, five miles southwest of the San Francisco International Airport. A place of retreat, Mercy Center offers you peaceful grounds surrounded by oaks and flower gardens. Our location affords marvelous opportunities to explore the varied cultures and beauties of northern California.
