“Wisdom is not knowing more,
but knowing with more of you.”
Cynthia Bourgeault

Please join us for an afternoon of Centering Prayer and Community and a special guest introduction to the Wisdom Way of Knowing.

We will explore Wisdom as three-centered awareness that enables us to access higher consciousness and Presence so that we can show up with a different quality of being in our lives, in the world. Our time will include practices that engage our three-centers so that we can experience a different mode of perception, of seeing from the whole.

For those seeking instruction, register for the Centering Prayer Series beginning January 27, 2019.

Heather Ruce, M.A., is a spiritual director and meditation teacher.

She has studied extensively with Cynthia Bourgeault and leads monthly Wisdom Practice Circles designed to help us wake up to a different kind of presence.

She has been trained as a therapist and in a mindfulness and somatic based approach to trauma healing.
