TENDING OUR LONGINGS
A Call to Deeper Relationships

July 15-17, 2011
Friday 6:00 pm (dinner) to Sunday noon (lunch)

REGISTRATION CLOSED

What calls us to relationships? What do we do with the deep longings that arise from the solitude and loneliness of the soul? This reflective retreat weekend will engage us in pondering the nature of desire and its significance in forming relationships with others and God. We are invited to awaken and channel our desires into depth and meaning that opens us up to the mystery of contemplative love. These reflections will come from the Christian tradition and insights from Jungian Depth psychology.

Don Bisson, a Marist Brother, is a pioneer in the Jungian-Christian dialogue, which integrates Jung’s process of individuation with the quest for a deeper life of prayer. His doctorate from the Pacific School of Religion is in the area of Spiritual Direction and Jungian psychology.
