Welcome to this retreat on a peace-filled campus to explore and embody it through quiet Prayer of the Heart, awesome beauty of nature, of music, art, contemplative listening and the ever life-giving words of Scripture.

Janet Chau, RSM, a member of the Sisters of Mercy of the Americas, is a Spiritual Director who completed the extensive program in Spiritual Direction at Mercy Center, Burlingame. She has an MA in Pastoral Studies from Loyola University, Chicago and a BA in Theology from Regina Mundi, Rome. Sr. Janet facilitates individual and group retreats, especially in Chinese, besides being the Director of the Children’s Faith Formation at St. Agnes Parish, San Francisco.
